City lights

Shot with Canon 5D, 50mm f/1.4
@ 50mm, f/1.4, ISO 3200, 1/80s

Still caught up in the city lights, I wanted to capture something abstract that would get the message of city across (at least to myself), so I defocused this shot similarly to the last. [I like those out of focus light circles, what can I say...] I’m really pleased with the way it turned out, I think hung on a wall it would set a nice, chill, mood for a room.

In processing this photo, I used my custom Lightroom preset: Portrait – Split Tone (Purple) and then adjusted the Shadow Hue a bit towards blue. Again, in a later post I will talk more about my custom Lightroom presets with some examples and even share the actual preset files with you.
