Lots of beautiful moments to share from Vanessa and Matthew’s wedding, with the ceremony in San Antonio, TX at the University of Incarnate Word Chapel and the reception at Lost Mission in Spring Branch, TX. Such wonderful venues to work in, and an incredibly sweet couple. Thanks for entrusting us with capturing beautiful memories for you.
Celeste & Jarod did an amazing job planning their wedding, choosing THREE (count ’em!) absolutely stunning venues for the day’s events, and outstanding vendors to pull all the details together.
The day started out with the girls getting ready at the gorgeous, modern, Masion des Hotes at La Riviere in the [ironically] historic King William District in downtown San Antonio. This beautiful carriage house is no longer available for private rental, unfortunately, as it has recently gone up for sale (got a cool three million burning a hole in your pocket?).
After hanging out with the girls for a little while, we were off to the Incarnate Word Chapel for the ceremony. This is one of the top ceremony venues in town, and it’s easy to see why. Breathtaking.
Finally, the reception was held at the Scottish Rite Museum in the Auditorium / Theatre. That’s right, in a theatre, up on the stage. It was awesome. The lighting & set design was by Holtz Entertainment and I have to say, it really took the reception up a few notches. Catering, linens & table settings were by Absolutely Everything Catering. The floral arrangements were surprisingly done by the bride’s family – clearly they knew exactly what they were doing!
